These Terms of Use apply to your use of the 3llms application and other services provided by 1teraton, along with any associated software applications and websites (all together, "Services"). These Terms form an agreement between you and 1teraton Inc., a Delaware company, and they include our Service Terms and important provisions for resolving disputes through arbitration. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document that you should read.
1teraton Inc. is an AI development and deployment company. Our goal is to deliver robust artificial intelligence solutions that empower users and improve daily experiences.
Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.
Registration. You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account to use our Services. You may not share your account credentials or make your account available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create an account or use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
What you can do. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as our Usage Policies and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.
What you cannot do. You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:
Software. Our Services may allow you to download software, such as mobile applications, which may update automatically to ensure you're using the latest version.
Corporate domains. If you create an account using an email address owned by an organization, that account may be controlled by the organization's administrator.
Third-party services. Our services may include third-party software, products, or services ("Third Party Services"), subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Feedback. We appreciate your feedback, and you agree we may use it without restriction or compensation.
Your content. You may provide input ("Input") and receive output based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." You are responsible for Content and warrant you have all rights to provide Input.
Ownership of content. You retain ownership rights in Input and own the Output. We assign to you all right, title, and interest in Output.
Similarity of content. Due to the nature of AI, output may not be unique, and similar output may be provided to other users.
Our use of content. We may use Content to maintain, develop, and improve our Services and comply with applicable law.
Accuracy. AI-generated Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely solely on Output for factual information or critical decisions.
Billing. You must provide complete billing information for paid subscriptions. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription anytime.
Changes. We may change prices with 30 days' advance notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, legal compliance, or if your use poses risks.
We may discontinue Services with advance notice and refund unused prepaid Services.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING OUR SERVICES.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims relating to your use of Services.
MANDATORY ARBITRATION. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Delaware law, conducted virtually unless otherwise mutually agreed.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Disputes must be individually arbitrated. Class actions are prohibited.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms, providing advance notice for material changes.
Trade controls. You must comply with applicable trade laws, sanctions, and export controls.
Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1teraton Inc.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts.
